Main uses of steam boiler

Main characteristics of steam boiler
The series of fuel and gas steam boiler adopts the classic horizontal wet back type forward current three return structure, fuel in the furnace tank micro positive pressure combustion, high temperature flue gas radiation heat exchange along the waveshaped tank, backward to the furnace tank tail combustion chamber turn 180° into the second return pipe back to the front box fold 180°into the third return pipe convection heat exchange, and then to the back smoke tank, through the chimney into the atmosphere. This series of boilers has a compact and reasonable structure, a long operation cycle, and easy installation, maintenance, and operation.
The furnace tank adopts full corrugated furnace tank structure, which not only increases the radiation and heat transfer area, but also meets the needs of free expansion of the furnace tank after high temperature radiation. Low resistance and high efficiency threaded smoke pipe can replace the traditional light pipe to enhance heat transfer and improve heat efficiency. The front smoke tank door adopts the national patented double seal open independent design, which not only ensures the sealing of the smoke tank, but also ensures the convenience of maintenance.
The waste heat recovery system of the condenser adopts high efficiency steel and aluminum composite (or ND steel) spiral fin pipe heat exchange, the heat exchange surface is sufficient, and the system resistance on the flue gas side is small, which further improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.




Steam boiler advantages
After installing the condenser, the gas boiler absorbs the feed water through the waste heat of high temperature flue gas, thus improving the heat conversion efficiency, saving the energy cost and greatly improving the heating efficiency.
According to the principle of the radiation heat exchange and the temperature, we optimize the design of the heating surface. The proportion of total heat absorption of the waveform furnace tank is large, which has good expansion and shrinkage.
Axisymmetric downward bias, wet back combustion three return structure, avoid the smoke box directly damaged by high temperature flue gas and have to stop the furnace repair, prolong the normal operation cycle of the boiler and reduce the maintenance cost, the overall rear smoke box is simple in structure and easy for operation and maintenance.
Very low water level probe 5 is added to the boiler body to completely eliminate the production of false water level.
The upper part of the boiler is equipped with manhole device and the lower part for easy maintenance.


Introduction of low-nitrogen boiler
Through repeated testing and experiment, Focus R & D Center designs the furnace structure and size of cutting-edge advanced technology in the industry, matches the fully imported low nitrogen burner, uses fully premixed or FGR flue gas recycling combustion technology, plus the independently developed PLC control system, and makes the boiler operation more energy-saving, environmental protection, safe and reliable. According to the test data, the NOx emission concentration of the boiler after full premixed or flue gas recirculation can be reduced to less than 30 ㎎ / Nm³.




Boiler structure
- According to the principle of the furnace radiation heat exchange and the fourth square of temperature, we optimize the design of the heating surface, the total heat absorption ratio of the waveform furnace tank is large, with good expansion and shrinkage.
- Axisymmetric downward bias, wet back downcurrent combustion three return structure, avoid the disadvantage that the smoke box is directly damaged by high temperature smoke and repaired, prolong the normal operation cycle of the boiler and reduce the maintenance cost; the overall rear smoke box is simple in structure and easy for operation, and maintenance.
- After the heat exchange of the furnace tank and the first return cigarette pipe, the cigarette temperature is already low when the front cigarette box is reached, making the manufacturing of the front cigarette box simple.
- Low smoke exhaust temperature, low heat dissipation loss, can obtain higher thermal efficiency.
- The boiler adopts centrifugal glass wool as the thermal insulation material, with good thermal insulation performance, light weight and convenient transportation and installation.
- The upper part of the boiler is equipped with manhole device and cleaning device in the lower part for easy maintenance.
- The manufacture of this series of boilers shall to the requirements of JB / T1619-2002 Technical Conditions of Pan Shell Boiler, fully the national standard.
